Philosophy

We believe that agriculture is central to reducing poverty, combating hunger and malnutrition, and accelerating growth in Africa. Our five farms employ over 1000 Malawians in various agricultural, administrative and financial roles. At the heart of these operations, we want to make sure that the investments we make are transformational in the lives of those with whom we work. This not only applies to the employees themselves, but also their surrounding communities. We therefore provide Community Development Programmes at all of our farms, run by Africa Invest staff.

Current Projects

Our Community Development initiative is run by a mobile Community Development Coordinator who regularly travels around the different programmes monitoring progress and offering advice.
