Jon Maguire, founder and CEO of Africa Invest resigned in November 2009, closely followed by Lloyd Barker, the Director of Farming. We were delighted, however, to announce that Mark Scott accepted the appointment as CEO and Ian Lockington the position of Farming Director. Rt Hon Justin Malewezi also accepted the position of Chairman. Whilst this meant new blood on the board of directors, both Mark and Ian have been involved with Africa invest for some time.
